>Processes all payment documents and 
>reimbursement documents in the State of Iowa Accounting system.
>Process Pcard payments monthly.
>Maintains multiple tracking reports for federal 
>reports. Assists in reconciliation of costs for 
>various federal programs/grants.
>Processes the cash/check deposits for the 
>department in a timely manner. Enters CR into 
>the State of Iowa Accounting system.
>Processes maintenance payments to clients by 
>issuing warrants through the State of Iowa Accounting system.
>Mails out the warrants that are received from 
>Department of Administrative Services (DAS).
>Processing Expense Report for the reimbursement of staff travel expenses.
