Cook

Responsible for cooking/preparing daily menus and food within recommended
standards and guidelines.  Complies with HACCP policies and procedures.

Requisitions food supplies and receives and stocks deliveries. Keeps daily
food service records. Responsible for cleaning all kitchen and cooking
equipment and

work areas both daily and as required.  High school diploma or general
education degree (GED) is required; six months to one-year related
experience and computer data entry is required.  Will be required to obtain
the National School Nutrition Association (NSNA) certification.  Full-time,
9-month position.  Applications accepted until filled.
