I have strong Needs for 3 Positions


  *   Real Estate/ Right of way Manager

This position is for an experienced real estate professional but also requires a strong right of way acumen. The position supports our Engineering department in procurement and processing of property involving engineering projects. It is part of our special projects division and so will support a wide range of projects with in the Hampton Roads Area. Requires Bachelors Degree in administration or a related field, 5 years experience in real estate, property contracts, contract law appraisals , Preferred  Certified International Right of Way IRWA or Senior Right of Way SRWA certifications, working with a state or local agency or public utility in a right of way capacity.

  *   Project Manager Engineering Peninsula . The project manager is in charge of running large scale projects within our engineering department requires strong project management skills, a degree in an engineering field very strong communication skills. Preferred a PMP certification and understating of waste water ( not required but favored) .
  *   Heavy Equipment Operator South Side. The heavy equipment operator supports our operations division as they maintain pumps and stations within a territory have openings on both on the south side Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Chesapeake, Suffolk . Required experience operating heavy equipment and Highschool diploma or GED . Required if does not have one a Class A CDL with in 6 months of hire.
  *   Utility Maintenance Operator South Side and Peninsula. These technicians work in the field ensuring pump stations and pipe line are all operating properly performs preventative maintenance. Required some knowledge of trades and construction a high school diploma or GED obtaining a Class A CDL within 6 months of hire. This is an apprenticeship program position that involves paid training 2 nights per week and completion of coursework as a employment requirement.
