IBVI is seeking an experienced applicant to fill the role of Director of Operations. This position reports to the chief manufacturing and logistics officer. We offer relocation assistance!

POSITION:  Director of Operations

REPORTS TO:  Chief Manufacturing and Logistics Officer

JOB SUMMARY:  The Director of Operations is responsible for identifying and implementing manufacturing best practices to develop process improvements to maximize efficiencies and production output. This position will have overall accountability for production, safety, cost and budget controls, maintenance and facility management including our West Allis, Janesville and both Menomonee Falls facilities.

POSITION OBJECTIVES:  The Director of Operations will be responsible for improving processes, procedures and the profitability of the manufacturing operation. Develop a self-sustaining team of direct reports to consistently produce quality products while meeting customer needs and maintaining all standards.
