This will be accomplished through providing guidance to the division community, creating equity-related training and materials, assisting in establishing clear metrics, and collaborating with the Division of Administration and Finance leadership regarding equity issues and recruitments. You will be part of a department that embraces DEI and a cohort across campus doing this work on the recruitment and day-to-day HR level.
