[Job-Listings] Jobs question

Hello,

I don't know who to directly email this to so I'm emailing this address.
I've noticed the recent job listing all require you to have a BA/BS or
basically a college degree in general. This is very limiting towards the
people who subscribed to this listing looking for a job and cannot obtain a
college degree. I was wondering if there could be more job options for
people who do not have a degree but have a GED or a highschool diploma? It
would help out a percentage of people who can't obtain a college degree. In
addition, helping out those struggling to find work or struggling trying to
change jobs thanks to their blindness due to having only a highschool
education. Thank you for your time and hope you will consider this request.
