In this position you will provide technical and para-professional assistance to ensure that the human resources functions of the for the Department of Correction -Minnesota Corrections Facility at Lino Lakes are accurately and professionally completed within state and federal regulations; State policy and administrative procedure; collective bargaining agreements and plans; and Department of Corrections policy and procedure. Primary functions include:

  *   Coordinating FMLA functions;
  *   Administering Workers' Compensation;
  *   Ensuring personnel and position transactions are processed timely;
  *   Assisting with the vacancy filling process;
  *   Assisting with labor relations functions within the region.
