IBVI Job Opportunity - Project Manager
POSITION: Project Manager


REPORTS TO: Operations Manager, IBVI Spaces


JOB SUMMARY: Leads, manages, coordinates, verifies, and tracks the accuracy of FF&E orders. Effectively responds to customer inquiries regarding furniture status requests and orders as well as related billing issues. Maintains business unit's operational billings regarding costing/sales monthly. Maintains highest level of customer service and ensures projects are on time and within company's guidelines. Continually strives for highest level of customers' satisfaction.




Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


        Maintains business unit operational monthly forecasts.
        Prepares furniture orders and pushes PO's to procurement team.
        Creates and maintains project documentation.
        Responds quickly to any related project issue that impacts timeline, scope and budget.
        Tracks projects and communicates projects issues, delays and risks to all parties.
