As Director of the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (WA-General), you will have a critical role in driving the mission of the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR). You will empower people with disabilities to fully participate in their communities through meaningful employment, making a genuine difference in their lives. Your leadership will ensure the provision of personalized vocational rehabilitation counseling and employment services, removing barriers for those facing challenges in finding sustainable employment.

You will collaborate with other core programs within the state workforce development system, ensuring compliance with the Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act requirements. As a valued member of the Secretary's Executive Cabinet and reporting to the DSHS Secretary, you will be responsible for steering DVR's performance, accountability, and overall success.
