JOB SUMMARY: The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) is crucial in driving the overall commercial strategy and revenue generation for the organization. They oversee sales, marketing, and business development efforts, aligning them with the company's goals and objectives. The CCO plays a key role in identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and optimizing customer engagement contributing to business growth, market expansion, and long-term profitability. This leadership role will also be charged with driving outstanding customer service and inside sales efforts that positively impact our corporate bottom line and mission to employ the blind.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


        Leads the strategic execution of day-to-day sales and business development efforts for new business development opportunities at IBVI. This includes, but is not limited to, eCommerce, medical sales, and Base Supply Centers.
