Serve as the Minnesota Department of Transportation's (MnDOT) next HR Director! In this role, you will provide leadership, strategic direction and guidance in the development and implementation of comprehensive human resources services for 5,000+ employees statewide. You will direct management groups within the Office of Human Resources to deliver programs and services, ensuring they align with the agency's vision, mission, and objectives. This position also serves as the agency's Chief Human Resource Officer for both internal and external matters affecting the agency.

Lead our dream-driven team in the Human Resources Office, building the best team in the transportation industry so Minnesota thrives with a safe, sustainable, and leading-edge transportation system.

The position requires regular travel around the state (1x/month) and occasional out-of-state travel (3x/year).

 This position is located at Central Office in St. Paul. This position will have the flexibility to telecommute, work a hybrid schedule, or work in the office. The incumbent will be required to complete a telework agreement. The incumbent may be expected to work in the office on occasion.
