This position will work with the staff to keep informed of current trends, engage with patrons to work through technology issues, and provide other technology support. This position requires a passion for helping others, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to promoting access to information. Successful applicants will demonstrate curiosity, patience, and an eagerness to work with a diverse patron base via a variety of modes of communication.
