The Department of Workforce Development, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR)<https://dwd.wisconsin.gov/dvr/about> is recruiting for a Business Enterprise Program (BEP) Director. DVR helps Wisconsin residents with disabilities in obtaining, maintaining, and improving employment outcomes. The BEP Director will oversee all operations for a Statewide program dedicated to expanding business opportunities for people who are legally blind. The program is established and governed by the Randolph Sheppard Act<https://rsa.ed.gov/about/programs/randolph-sheppard-vending-facility-program>.

The BEP Director can select a headquarter location anywhere Statewide. The position will require regular Statewide travel to attend meetings, trainings, and to conduct site visits. Reimbursement for mileage and a daily meal allowance is provided when in travel status per travel guidelines. The reimbursement amount will be based on distance traveled from the headquarter location.
