The Perpich Center for Arts Education (PCAE) is seeking to hire a Human Resources Supervisor 3. The Perpich Center for Arts Education is a tuition-free, public, residential high school for students in the 11th and 12th grades who show artistic promise and a commitment to serious study in the arts and academics. It is a vibrant, bustling community of approximately 220 students, faculty, and staff.

This position exists to lead, direct, and perform Human Resource (HR) strategic, tactical, and technical work by ensuring Perpich is an employer of choice, with a welcoming, inclusive, respectful, and collaborative culture. As a strategic partner, this position will develop and execute strategies that improve talent management including diversity, retention, workforce management, and succession planning.

The position will be expected to obtain and maintain delegation of authority for classification, selection, compensation, and SEMA4 transactions.
