This position performs professional Human Resources guidance and consultation in the areas of classification, labor relations, compensation, staffing and selection and strategic recruitment for the Division/Home to ensure the requirement of all Division/Home specific goals, personnel statutes, collective bargaining agreements, personnel rules and administrative procedures are met. This position serves as strategic business partner to Division/Home Management team.

As a HR Business Partner, you would:

  *   Coordinate and complete full-cycle recruitment and staffing processes in collaboration with hiring supervisors, HR staff and others;
  *   Research, analyze and document requests to establish new positions and re-classify vacant and occupied positions, in accordance with established job classification policies and procedures;
  *   Provide professional-level planning and consultation support related to labor relations functions;
  *   Advise managers, supervisors and employees on a wide range of employment laws and policies to ensure consistency and compliance;

This position is eligible for a hybrid telework schedule and will require to be in the office at least 1 day per week.
