This position will serve in a small agency as a part of a three-person Human Resources team, performing advanced, professional personnel functions and services. This position will provide consultation in the areas of classification, recruitment, and selection; research, compare and make compensation recommendations; review and audit transactions work of other HR staff; and conduct classification audits. This position will work in the areas of diversity and inclusion, equal employment opportunity and affirmative action.

This position is approved for telework based on the needs of the agency and other dependencies. Position will primarily telework with the need to be on site and in office as scheduled. PERA's office is located in St. Paul, MN.
