The Department of Children, Youth, and Families is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Labor Relations Manager to join our growing team.

In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and improving the relationships between management and employees. The position requires expertise in labor laws, contract negotiations, and conflict resolution, with the goal of fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  *   Oversee labor relations and resolve workplace conflicts.
  *   Manage contract negotiations and collective bargaining agreements.
  *   Ensure compliance with labor laws and policies.
  *   Develop strategies to maintain a healthy labor-management relationship.
  *   Advise management on labor issues and employee concerns.
