The Office of Cannabis Management is currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist to administer HR functions including transactions, leave management, new employee orientation, benefits assistance, and recruitment.

Job duties include:

  *   Processing SEMA4 transactions accurately and timely in accordance with enterprise expectations and state statutes
  *   Running weekly, monthly, quarterly, and biannual reports for the human resources department and ad hoc reports for division managers
  *   Enrolling employees in required training and monitoring completion for the agency
  *   Maintaining and managing accurate employee personnel files, leave of absence cases, spreadsheets, and other data
  *   Providing thorough and welcoming orientation, benefits information, and retirement assistance to employees

Assisting the HR department with recruitment including reviewing applications, attending career fairs, auditing jobs, and determining compensation
