Director of Partner Network
The Director of the Hadley Partner Network will play an essential role in helping Hadley expand its reach and ensure that more adults across the country receive the support they need to adapt and thrive.

The Director of Partner Network will lead the development, implementation, and ongoing growth of a national network of organizations that refer adults with vision loss to Hadley’s free practical and emotional support services. More than eighty partners from a range of verticals are already participating, with significant opportunity for expansion—these efforts will directly affect Hadley’s achievement of its North Star goal to serve one million adults with vision loss by 2030.

The Director will build a cohesive framework for partner engagement, strengthen referral practices across all verticals, and work closely with Hadley’s team of regional outreach staff. This role ensures that partners understand the most effective ways to introduce Hadley to adults with vision loss and that they receive consistent and high-quality support.
