The Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Human Resources Supervisor to provide leadership, oversight, and consultation to support critical HR functions across the agency.

As the Human Resources Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in the Human Resources Management Division, delivering high-quality services in the following areas:
*        Oversight and delivery of the agency's safety program
*        Management of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) including SEMA4
*        Administration of employee benefits, retirement, and leave management
*        Supervision of HR transactions, quality assurance, and data reporting
*        Planning, consulting, and strategic management of comprehensive HR functions to ensure agency effectiveness and compliance

You will also be responsible for supervising and guiding HR staff, providing subject matter expertise in the area of transactions and support services.

In addition, this role will serve as a management representative in collective bargaining, including reviewing employer proposals, participating in strategy discussions, and contributing to agency continuity planning.
