This position serves as the Assistant Human Resources Director at the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) and supervises staff providing human resources services to employees, supervisors and managers of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. Major functions include job analysis and classification, staffing, compensation, workforce planning, reorganizational planning, performance management and conflict resolution, labor relations, and consulting on the application of contract/plan provisions and employment law.

**This position may be located at one of the MPCA office locations: Duluth, Detroit Lakes, Brainerd, St. Paul, Rochester, Marshall or Mankato.
