The Court of Administrative Hearings seeks to hire a Human Resources Specialist 2 in our St. Paul office.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Coordinate and complete full-cycle recruitment and staffing processes in collaboration with hiring supervisors, HR staff, and others;

* Oversee and process employee and position transactions, as needed, in the State Employee Management System (SEMA4) and provide backup support in the area of employee benefits;

* Research, analyze and document requests to establish new positions and re-classify vacation and occupied positions in accordance with established job classification policies and procedures.

* Advise managers, supervisors, and employees on a wide range of employment laws and policies to ensure consistency and compliance.
