This position provides advanced-level human resources services to MnDOT District Six leadership, supervisors, and employees. Operating with limited supervision, the incumbent ensures compliance with all applicable employment laws, rules, regulations, and collective bargaining agreements. This role serves as a subject matter expert in key HR functions, including recruitment and staffing, selection, job classification, compensation, outreach, labor relations, and contract administration. The position plays a critical role in supporting a fair, equitable, and legally compliant workplace.

Note:  This position is located at the Headquarters in Rochester and has the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule or work in the office.  The incumbent will be required to make a telework arrangement with their supervisor. The incumbent will be expected to work in the office at least 50% of the time as determined by policy and discussion with their supervisor.
