The Role

• Reach out to primary care and eye doctors to share information about our
services

• Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare providers

• Encourage referrals for patients needing vision or mental health support

• Track outreach efforts and referrals

Compensation

• Commission-based (biweekly): you’ll earn a percentage for each new client
referral

• Potential earning range: $25+ per hour (based on performance), with no
cap on earnings

Ideal Candidate

• Friendly, professional communicator

• Comfortable contacting medical offices

• Self-motivated and reliable

• Experience in healthcare, outreach, or marketing is a plus
