We are seeking a dynamic, customer focused individual to join our HR team in Duluth, MN. This position offers the opportunity to advance skills in various aspects of human resources, including:

  *   HR Information System (HRIS): Assist in processing transactions and maintain accurate
  *   Training & Development: Assist in coordination of training needs, including managing registration process & updating training records.
  *   Administrative Support: Provide essential support to the HR team in daily operations.
  *   Employee Benefits: Assist with the coordination and administration of employee benefit programs.
  *   Recruitment and Staffing: Assist in recruitment and selection activities.
  *   Communication: Respond to inquiries from employees and candidates, ensuring a positive

Note:  This position is located at Duluth Headquarters in Duluth and may have the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule or work in the office. The incumbent will be expected to work in the office as determined by policy, business need, and discussion with their supervisor
