As a Talent Management Specialist, you will perform human resource activities related to position filling and selection within Minnesota IT Services, including recruitment, compensation, and job audit functions, to attract and retain a qualified workforce. This position provides human resource management expertise in partnership with Minnesota IT Services supervisors and managers. You will support recruitment activities by providing communication and services to agency staff and prospective candidates, participating in job fairs as needed, and assisting with other recruitment initiatives.

This position joins a dynamic and agile Human Resources Team comprised of 24 talented Labor Relations, Safety, Recruitment, Staffing, HRIS, Transactions, and Learning and Development professionals.
