Sony PlayStation – Software Developer Apprentice
Location: Hybrid – San Mateo, CA (in-person at least once weekly)
Start Date: August 2026
Duration: 6-month paid contract (option to extend or convert to full-time)

About the Role:
Sony PlayStation's Consumer Experience Innovation team (GMSBO) is looking
for a Software Developer Apprentice to:
- Build new web features on PlayStation's support portal
- Customize Salesforce Service Cloud platforms used by Sony agents
- Integrate REST APIs with internal Sony systems and external partners
- Participate in Agile/SCRUM development cycles
- Support UAT and Hypercare phases

Key Skills:
- Salesforce Apex (preferred) or Java
- JavaScript & CSS
- Algorithms & data structures
- Salesforce ecosystem familiarity
- Tools include: Salesforce CLI, VS Code, GitHub, JIRA, Slack
