This position administers collective bargaining agreements and participates in the bargaining process. Additionally, the incumbent will investigate and review investigations of complaints of harassment, vulnerable adult allegations, employee misconduct, and performance issues. The incumbent will be responsible for providing advice, consultation, training, process review on Employment Law compliance (FMLA, Workers Comp, OSHA and WESA) including policies, procedures, and directives.

 This position requires the incumbent to be on site at 5101 Minnehaha Ave, Minneapolis, MN at least 50% or more of the time with some opportunity to perform work from a telework location.
