In this role, you will deliver timely, accurate, and high-quality human resources assistance to MDH managers, supervisors, and employees, helping advance MDH's mission to protect, maintain, and improve the health of all Minnesotans. Working under general supervision, you will perform advanced technical and administrative HR functions that are critical to HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  *   Review, approve, and enter personnel transactions in compliance with statutes, labor agreements, salary plans, and administrative procedures.
  *   Provide excellent customer service by providing clear and accurate HR and benefits guidance in accordance with labor agreements, compensation plans, and applicable rules and laws.
  *   Audit employee relations transactions, provide consultation, recommend process improvements, and participate in training.

Deliver administrative and support for a variety of HR functions.
