[KeystoneChapter] State Convention Mailing

Hi everyone,
The PA state convention is coming up soon! It will be held in State College, PA from Friday November 2, 2018 through Sunday November 4, 2018.
In order to get the word out to people about our convention, we are doing a convention letter mass mailing this Tuesday August 7, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m at the PA state affiliate office located at 1500 Walnut Street in Philadelphia. If you are able to come by and help out anytime between 9:00 and 5:00, we would greatly appreciate it. Even if it is only for an hour or two, it would still be a great help. We need people to fold and stuff letters, and label envelopes. The more people that can stop by to help, the faster we can finish.

If you are available to help out, please let me know. Also, if you have questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
