I wanted to share this video with all of you. It is a CBS3 Eyewitness News story featuring one of our Keystone chapter members, Hayward McCain. Hayward was recognized during this past Thursday's City Council meeting on October 18, 2018 where the city named October as Blindness Awareness Month in Philadelphia.
