It is absolutely not too late. I have added your name to the list for the lunch. We do already have someone bringing chips. But more chips is fine. So I'll leave it to you on what you want to bring.

I am so glad you are coming, Jan! It is going to be a wonderful meeting and lunch, filled with good times and good food with good friends.

Oops, I lost track of time.  If it's not too late, I hope to be there
on Saturday.  I'd like to participate in the luncheon (and am thinking
of bringing some sort of chips, unless they are part of the hoagie
tray) but will sit out the gift exchange again.
