We’re excited to attend summer Convention as the Elite Sponsor for NFB. This email outlines our big Aira efforts for our Explorers and Guests at Convention. Pay close attention to the party details to make sure you can attend!

Not attending Convention? We’re offering the same special booth promotions to NFB members not attending the Convention. So, if you’re an NFB member, then give us a call on July 8 or July 9 to receive the same offer as convention attendees on those two days.

NFB National Convention Information
The NFB Experience & Show, Presented by Aira on July 9

Rather than spending hundreds of dollars on a Vegas show, join us for our party on July 9 from 7 to 9 pm. This will be hosted at Zappos Headquarters: 400 Stewart Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89101.

A free Lyft coupon code will give our event guests free transportation to and from the event and Mandalay Bay only from 6:15 to 6:45 pm and 9 to 9:30 pm. Attendees who show up sooner or later than these designated times will not have the Lyft coupon applied. Attendees who use the code for any other locations will not have the Lyft coupon applied. In order to receive this free coupon code to and from the event only – you must open your Aira app in a Las Vegas Aira Access Location from July 5 to July 9. Anyone who opens the Aira app in a Las Vegas Aira Access Location starting on July 5 will receive a text with the coupon code on July 9.

Some lucky audience members will have the chance to take the Aptiv self-driving car for a joy ride! Even if you aren’t selected for the joy ride then you can check it out while you’re at our party.

Blind comedian, Shannon Cantan, will be sharing his comedy skills with our entire audience to make you smile.

YouTube sensation and blind skateboarder, Justin Bishop, will teach executives to skateboard on stage. Or, Agent Emily will be describing how executives tried to skateboard on a stage.

And, of course, it’s Vegas Baby – so there will be appetizers, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks.

  *   6-7 pm – Stories from Explorers: Anecdotes and Adventures from Some of Aira’s Most Active Users
  *   7:15-8:15 pm – Why Aira: Sparking A Conversation About the Aira Mindset and How to Most Effectively Engage with Aira’s Agents
  *   8:30-9:30 pm – Aira: A Look Under the Hood

On July 11, Suman Kanuganti, Founder and President of Aira will present to The Federation at 9:25 am in the South Pacific Ballroom E through J. Be sure to attend to hear directly from him about “A Platform of Information and Innovation: Insights into the Aira Ecosystem in Partnership with the Blind.”
