A new workout session is starting today via Zoom, led by Hillary McFadden of the PA Capital Chapter. These group workout sessions will be every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 1PM to 2PM. During the week of Washington Seminar, there will only be the Friday session on February 12 (no session on Monday, Feb. 8 or Wednesday, Feb. 10).
 
Also, Emily Gindlesperger is still holding her Coffee with Emily sessions from 2PM to 3PM on Mondays and Wednesdays to discuss issues of legislation, educational topics for raising blind children, and more.
