This is a friendly reminder that the deposit for the September Social, a
bus trip for an afternoon tea is due by July 25. Thank you to those who
have already paid. Please see the original announcement below. If you have

Greetings,

In September, we will be heading to Newark, Delaware for an afternoon of
tea and homemade delicacies in a charming British tea room setting. Come in
your business attire as we sip on some tea, devour some delicious treats,
and chat with friends.

This time we will have a smaller bus than previous trips, so please get
your payments in as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please
feel free to contact me.


*BUS TRIP DETAILS*

*When: Thursday, September 25, 2025 from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM  (The tea will
be from 11:30am - 1:30pm*

   - Bus leaves Park Tower Apartments promptly at 10:00am and returns at
   4:30pm
   - Park Tower Apartments is located at 4001 Conshohocken Ave.,
   Philadelphia, PA 19131


*WHERE: Newark, Delaware*

   - Wee Fancy Tea - A British Tea Room


*COST: $100 per person *

   - Includes bus seat and meal
   - A $25 deposit will be due by July 31, 2025. Balance must be paid by
   Friday, September 12.
   - Payments can be made via Cash App ($SimCoop), PayPal (
   simcoop10 at gmail.com), or Cash


*ATTIRE: Business Casual*

   - For example, women can wear a dress or a blouse and skirt and men can
   wear slacks or khakis with a collared shirt.

   - A selection of 4 tea sandwiches
   - An assortment of 4 desserts
   - A freshly baked scone with Devonshire cream and jam
   - Unlimited hot tea


While enjoying your afternoon tea experience, you can enjoy other menu
items for an additional cost that you will be responsible for paying.
