        Hi everyone!
Happy November! This Saturday, November 8, 2025 will be our next Keystone Chapter meeting and it will be held using a hybrid model, with an in-person and a virtual option. The meeting will begin at 10:15 a.m. Please see below for the directions to the Penn Museum and the Zoom link for the meeting.

At this month’s meeting, we will talk about the plans for our state convention in November, preparing for upcoming chapter activities, discuss fundraising ideas, talk about ways we can help blind people in our community, our outreach efforts, and how you can get involved and give back.

One of our upcoming events is our annual holiday gift exchange! We’ll be having our Keystone Chapter Gift Exchange on Saturday, December 13, 2025. If you’d like to join in the fun, please let Natania Harris know by this Saturday, November 8, 2025. Our chapter will also be attending a audio described play entitled "The Snow Queen" on November 23, 2025! The play will be held at the Wilma Theatre on 265 South Broad Street. The play starts at 2:00 p.m. and our chapter members will gather at the lobby of the Wilma at 1:15 p.m. Please reach out to Denise Johnson (267) 455-3220 or Clarence Ezell     (267) 315-6786 for more details and would like to attend. The cost is $12 per person. All are invited to attend.

Travel to the Penn Museum via SEPTA
Our meeting location is the University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology, otherwise known as the Penn Museum. The museum is located at 3260 South Street in Philadelphia. It is accessible by SEPTA. The Penn Medicine Station is directly across the street from the museum and the following regional rail lines stop there, Airport Line, Manayunk/Norristown Line, Media/Elwyn Line, Warminster Line, West Trenton Line, and Wilmington/Newark Line. The following bus routes stop within a few blocks of the museum, 30, 40, 42, and 49. The following trolley lines stop near the museum, 11, 13, 34, and 36. The Market-Frankford line is also an option.
