Agenda

1. Welcome and Introductions

Share your name, guide dog's gender, breed, name, and school.

2 Resolution 

Sherry Shirek will read a proposed resolution for housing rights for retired
Guide Dog's.

 

3 Independence Market

Sean Seward, Manager of the Independence Market will show the new dog items
and ask for suggestions for future items. 

 

4. Uber and Lift. 

Valerie Yingling, Legal Program Coordinator will provide updates on the NFB
work with Uber and Lift. 

 

5. Panel discussion 

Reverend Ray Razer will lead a discussion with panel members Janis Toothman
and Sherry Shirek about strategies to best resolve discrimination with Uber,
Lift, taxi's, medical facilities, restaurants etc.
