[Mabs] Revised Minutes

Attached are the revised Minutes. I did not have last names for everyone so
I put down there position. 

Shirley I did add that you tried to connect. As far as I am aware that the
conference call was discussed with Darian and the members of our board
Friday night. 

If anyone has corrections that I need to add or has a issue with the minutes
please contact me.
