 Consumer Survey Hello Community Partners and Stakeholders,   Massachusetts Commission for the Blind (MCB) has contracted with MassINC to conduct a survey of consumers ages 18 and older to get a better understanding of their needs and our services.   The survey, which contains 26 questions on demographics, visual function, service delivery, and quality of life, is expected to take 10 to 15 minutes to complete. The first 1,000 respondents will receive a $20 gift card.   The survey will be delivered via mail, phone, email, and in-person starting this week. The data collection portion of the survey is expected to conclude mid-May. A final report is due to MCB by June 30, 2023.   Each survey has a unique identifier. If you know of an MCB consumer who is interested in participating in the survey, please email their name and preferred contact method to MCBSurvey at mass.gov.
