[Massachusetts-NFB] My contact information

Hello Shirley. Who receives this packet the new member or the president of
the chapter or division who then has to give it out to the new member?
Last year we had Zulma Rosa Vega join the Springfield NFB chapter. I dont
know if she got a packet. I dont even know what a packet entails. I never
got one when I joined in 2013.
