The new packets are something that the NFB has implemented in the past few years. The packet is sent directly to the new member. If you joined 10 years ago, you would not have received this welcome packet. Thank you.

Hello Shirley. Who receives this packet the new member or the president of the chapter or division who then has to give it out to the new member?  Last year we had Zulma Rosa Vega join the Springfield NFB chapter. I dont know if she got a packet. I dont even know what a packet entails. I never got one when I joined in 2013.
