Hi, folks,
What I've been told, expanded upon, by the police department contact is
that the protest starts at 3 pm (I'd been told it was to take place at the
same time as the meeting), and that there will be public comment to overlap
with the City Council meeting, which starts at 5:30pm They believe the
crowd and expression from the crowd will continue past when the NFB meeting
starts. Echoing Justin's sentiments: use your judgment, of course.
