[Massachusetts-NFB] Report on David Ticchi walk

Good evening, Cambridge, chapter family, friends, and affiliate family!
It was a beautiful day for our walk today!
Thank you to everyone who came out and enjoyed the weather, the walk, all the goodies and thank you for all of your donations
A huge, thank you to those of you who helped set everything up and worked our welcome table!
I truly appreciate each and everyone of you! I would like to give a special thanks to Debbie Malone, Kristina Constance, Stephanie, Valdes, ElizabethAnn and Shara winton for all the hard work, you all put in from baking all the goodies we had today, collecting the donations, setting things up and anything in between right down to cleaning up at the end!
Thank you to the Springfield chapter for joining us and all that you donated to us today!
I appreciate all of your support and help with this event!

I have tallied up everything taken in today…

$335 in cash, $75 in checks and $82 in credit cards which gives us a grand total of $492!

As David Ticchi told all of us this morning, we can still keep handing out the asking letters and continue to take in donations throughout the rest of the month towards this fundraiser!

We had a great turnout today and that was possible because of all of you! Thank you all for being part of the the Cambridge chapter of the national Federation of the BLIND of Massachusetts, which I am truly honored and blessed to be your chapter president!

Let’s continue working together building the national Federation of the BLIND!
