[Massachusetts-NFB] NFB of Massachusetts-Exhibit Hall Table at National Convention

Dear NFB of Massachusetts Members Attending National Convention,

I hope this message finds you well and getting excited for our time together in New Orleans!

I’m happy to announce that the NFB of Massachusetts will have a table in the Exhibit Hall again this year. We’ll be selling our chapter T-shirts and distributing special Massachusetts goodie bags filled with locally made products—so be sure to bring your state pride!

In order to make this a success, everyone attending is required to sign up for at least one shift at our table. The Exhibit Hall hours are as follows: • Wednesday, July 9: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
   • Thursday, July 10: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
   • Friday, July 11: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM I am considering not opening the table on Friday evening unless someone is willing to stay with me afterward to help pack up and walk back to the Marriott. Please let me know if you’re available for that.

To help me create a schedule, please contact me privately via email or text message with your availability by July 1. My contact information can be found in the signature line below.
