Good Morning Folks,
I received this message yesterday. I would like to send this professor the
right person for this opportunity. If you believe you are that individual
who could serve in this capacity, please contact me ASAP.
Here is a little of what they are in search of:
I am finalizing an NSF grant proposal to build AI tools that allow blind
professionals to actively author and analyze data charts.
I am currently actively looking for someone who can serve on our advisory
board for the grant program. Ideally, we will need someone who can offer
advice on ensuring our tools align with the screen reader skills required
for real-world work practice (e.g., assistive technology specialist). The
commitment will be minimum (1-2 virtual meetings / year) and we plan to
budget an honorarium for their time.
