Hello, NFB Family,
It is with a heavy heart that I share the news of a tremendous loss in our
affiliate. Our longtime member, Mark, a true sound enthusiast and an
extraordinary handyman, has passed from this earthly life. He left his
fleshly body on October 14.
Mark will be sorely missed by so many of us. He had a remarkable gift for
helping others, always willing to lend a hand, share his skills, and find a
way to make things work. His kindness, generosity, and willingness to step
up whenever someone needed help made him a truly special part of our NFB
family. He touched so many lives in countless ways, and his absence will be
deeply felt.
My heart goes out to everyone who loved Mark. I know I will miss him
greatly, and I want to find a meaningful way to honor his life and preserve
the memories we shared with him.
Please, if you have a special memory, a story, or a few words about Mark
that you would like to share, email them to me. I would love to bring our
memories together into something truly beautiful-a lasting tribute to a man
who gave so much of himself to others.
As soon as an obituary and information about funeral or memorial services
become available, I will share them with the NFB family.
Rest in peace, dearest Mark. Thank you for your kindness, your helping
hands, and the many ways you made our lives better. You will always hold a
special place in our hearts.
With love and deepest sympathy,
Shara
