[MD-AtLarge] Meeting Reminder and Minutes

The next meeting of the At Large Chapter will be Tuesday, August 19 at 7:30
pm. We will discuss the National President's message and have a guest
speaker. Our guest speaker is Dianne Ducharm. Diane has much experience to
share with us. She is an expert in the Blind Shell Cellphone and knows
about several other programs. You won't want to miss this presentation. For
