[MD-AtLarge] Property Tax Exemption

Hello Sharon. Thank you for the form for the real estate tax exemption For The Blind. At the bottom, it says a doctor or ophthalmologist needs to sign the form. My doctor is a nurse practitioner. Will that be acceptable? Thank you for your help.
