Hi All,

I would like to take this opportunity to send our Diabetes Education
Class Series flyer in hopes that you will utilize this valuable
community resource.  These are classes funded by Montg. Co. Dept of
Health and Human Services, African American Health Program and
accredited by the American Association of Diabetes Educators.  Our
mission is to end the disparities in the rates and complications of
diabetes in our African American community and we would appreciate your
referrals and dissemination of our flyers.  Our classes deliver 12 hours
of diabetes education provided by registered dietitians and nurse CDE's.

Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact
me.  I am also attaching our diabetes dining club flyer.
