[Md-sligo] Pepco Emergency Notification Number

If you are a Pepco customer, write down this number in several places in
case you need to report a power failure at your place:
  1-877-737-2662
It's a good automated system, and you answer most of its questions with "1".
If you're on BG&E, Smedco or others, write down the number for your
situation.  I had to guess at the number tonight, and our power was only off
for 2.5 hours this time!
